1. Do you have any accreditation?

We are accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA). We are NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) accredited; rest assured that the people benefiting from our services are in safe hands as employing the right people is a vital part of our success story!

2. How much does it cost?

Our care rates are determined by the length of the call and are given to the client upon conducting an assessment. Our care calls range from a minimum of 30 minutes to 24-hour care. We also We provide 24/7 backing from our care managers and coordinators.

3. What requests can you meet?

We offer a wide range, person-centered care and support from the comfort of the client’s home. Our clients include the elderly and people with health conditions or impairments. Our team is trained enough to meet multifaceted needs, such as stoma and catheter as well as dementia care. We also offer anesthetic care, and support for those with learning disabilities and brain impairment. We above all, strive to ensure that vulnerable people within the community are protected and given equal opportunities regardless of their cultural needs and beliefs injuries. We provide 24-hour a day support with a manager always on

4. What training do your carers receive?

IRC personal care assistants and support workers undertake and complete comprehensive Induction Programme, which includes shadowing, before commencing any care duties. Our proficient, personalized internal training ensures all our team members understand and work to the highest standards of person-centered home care.

5. Do you offer live in services?

Need assurance that someone will always be there for you or your loved ones? IRC live-in care service is that one pillar you can always count on! Our 24-hour live-in care has over the years proved to enhance a peace of mind to our service users, thereby giving them another opportunity to live independently.

Our exceedingly competent care team supports clients with

  • Personal care and hygiene.
  • Collection and administration of medications.
  • Offer companionship as well as escorts clients on social events/other appointments.
  • Domiciliary maintenance and laundry.
  • Shopping and preparation of meals.
  • Helping to care for the family/pets.

We also provide support with more complex care needs where people need assistance with equipment such as; PEG feeds hoists, catheters, and inhalers.
