Getting it right from the onset is key to acquiring quality care. It is for this purpose our home care, off its busy schedule, deliberately sets aside induction and orientation of new staff. The purpose of induction is to impart with knowledge, all staff, new to their roles as well as inform them of the content of their jobs, while equipping them with skills to perform them competently.
