With continuous expansion of our home care , it is easy to be overwhelmed and carried away with fulfilling duties which come with growth, and forget the most important thing; delivering the most quality of Care. This is never the case however because Our staff is dedicated to Staff training, from time to time. An expert in care visits the office and conducts one on one training with our office staff. The expert invited gets to respond to questions from the staff as well as gives recommendations on what has to be worked in. Our last training held from the 3rd to 7th of March ,2023 and our team had so much to learn, unlearn and relearn. We can confidently say you are in safe hands with IRC Care.
